Personally, I think it is a top 500 stunt company. A position is really online all the year round. I only read English during the interview, and nothing else is useful. An English major actually recruited an IT position. English requires fluent communication, but it can't give people treatment that matches their abilities. This may be the reason for recruiting people all the year round. The recruiter and the applicant cannot reach an agreement and despise each other. But there are also advantages, more formal. It depends on what you want from your job.
