Minimum monthly wage in Dongguan 1720 yuan/month. According to the Notice of Dongguan Municipal People's Government on Adjusting the Minimum Wage Standard for Enterprise Employees in Dongguan, the wage standard will be applicable to enterprises, individual economic organizations, law firms, state organs, private non-enterprise units, social organizations, institutions, accounting firms, foundations and other organizations in Dongguan, as well as workers who have established labor relations with local enterprises.

The minimum wage standard refers to the minimum labor remuneration that the employer should pay according to law on the premise of providing normal labor within the statutory working hours or the working hours stipulated in the labor contract signed according to law.
