Article 2: The employment of contract nurses as mentioned in these regulations refers to nurses who have obtained nursing (midwifery) professional qualifications and passed the examination, registered and obtained the "Nurse Practice Certificate", or graduated from a college in the same year. Professional students, nursing staff who have not taken the nurse practitioner examination, registered nurses and internship nurses who have been employed by hospitals to engage in nursing work.
Article 3: The employment of hospital contract nurses must adhere to the principles of fairness, openness, impartiality, and selective admissions.
Article 4: Applicants for contract nurses must meet the following conditions:
1. Support the party’s line, principles, and policies, abide by disciplines and laws, and have a decent style;
2. Those who have obtained a diploma from a technical secondary school or above (including technical secondary school) in nursing (midwifery), passed the examination, and registered to obtain the "Nurse Practice Certificate";
3. Have obtained an ID card, physical health Healthy, with good facial features and no infectious diseases;
4. Love the nursing profession, have basic communication skills, strong service awareness and language expression ability.
Article 5: Contract nurses employed by the hospital shall be managed at different levels. Only those who have obtained the "Nurse Practice Certificate" can engage in nurse practice activities; those who have not obtained the "Nurse Practice Certificate" Personnel are treated as intern nurses, and intern nurses must engage in nursing practice activities under the guidance of registered nurses.
Article 6: Starting from 2009, newly recruited contract nurses in the hospital must be nursing staff with a college degree or above in nursing or a technical secondary school degree and have obtained a nurse practitioner qualification certificate. Junior nursing students, based on their performance during the internship, can sign an employment contract with them in advance and be treated as intern nurses. Article 7: Newly hired contract nurses have a probation period of three months. After the probation period is over and they pass the assessment, they can be hired as hospital contract nurses and sign a training contract. Article 8: Once a contract nurse is hired, the registered nurse hospital signs an employment contract with the nurse. The contract signing period is 4 years. During the execution of the contract, the nurse registration will not be changed.
Article 9: Contract nurses who are employed should abide by medical and health laws, regulations, rules and technical operating standards in their practice, be dedicated to their jobs, abide by professional ethics, and provide professional nursing and technical services to patients.
Article 10: A one-week pre-job training should be conducted before hiring contract nurses.
Article 11: Contract nurses must participate in political and business studies and various social activities stipulated by the hospital, and participate in various types of continuing medical education training and academic exchanges inside and outside the hospital.
Article 12: Establish personal technical files for contract nurses, including: personal technical file registration form filled in by the person, work assessment and evaluation, study and training, rewards and punishments during the hospital period, etc.
Article 13: The competent department must strengthen daily work and annual work quality assessment for the employment of contract nurses, and implement the last elimination system for nursing staff who are not qualified for their jobs.
Article 14: Benefits of contract nurses:
1. Probation period:

3. For contract nurses who have worked in our hospital for more than 3 years, they have solid professional theory, high technical level, outstanding work performance, and have indeed become the backbone of nursing in the department and hospital. After the department and supervisor Based on department recommendations, hospital assessments, inspections, and democratic evaluations, employees will gradually go through formal formalities in batches at a ratio of 5 to 8 every year or enjoy the same treatment as on-the-job employees.
Article 15: Contract trainee nurses who are currently working in the hospital and have not passed the nurse practitioner examination must pass the nurse practitioner certificate assessment within two years starting from 2009. If they still fail to pass the nurse practitioner examination after two years, For those who fail to obtain a nurse practitioner certificate, the hospital will terminate their employment contract.
Article 16: The hospital encourages nursing staff to participate in continuing education and professional academic examinations, and provides one-time rewards to nursing staff with a college degree or above.
Article 17: The evaluation and appointment of nursing professional technical titles and technical positions shall be carried out in accordance with relevant national, provincial and municipal regulations.
Article 18: Under any of the following circumstances, the hospital may terminate the employment contract with the contract nurse:
1. The contract expires and the comprehensive assessment and evaluation fail;
2. Nursing accidents occurred;
3. Other violations of laws and disciplines.
Article 19: These regulations will be implemented from the date of issuance.
Article 20: The right to interpret these regulations rests with the human resources department of the hospital.
