Public recruitment announcement of institutions directly under Ningbo Municipal Health Bureau

According to the relevant provisions of the Implementation Measures for Open Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Ningbo City and the Implementation Rules for Open Recruitment of Staff in Medical and Health Units Directly under the Health Bureau of Ningbo City, with the consent of the Municipal Personnel Bureau, it is decided to openly recruit staff in some directly affiliated institutions for the society. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Recruitment Principles and Methods

Open recruitment adheres to the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit-based, and adopts the methods of open registration, unified examination and merit-based recruitment.

Second, recruitment places and positions

The medical units directly under the bureau openly recruited 263 staff members for the society. The specific recruitment unit, position, number of people, target range and education, professional requirements and other qualifications, interview ratio and physical examination standards are detailed in the annex.

Third, the basic conditions of the recruitment target

1, with China nationality;

2, law-abiding, well-behaved, with good medical ethics and professionalism;

3. Have a nationally recognized academic qualification and the professional knowledge, education level and business ability required for the recruitment position;

4. Physical conditions that meet the requirements of the post;

5. Have other conditions required for the post.

Four. Methods and steps of recruitment

(1) Registration and qualification examination

2. 3. Registration method: First download and fill in the registration form from the Internet (see attached table in duplicate), and bring the registration form, my resume, ID card, student ID card, school recommendation form, two recent bareheaded 2-inch photos and the original and photocopy of relevant documents within the specified time. I sign up myself, and each person is limited to one unit.

4. The examination fee is charged to 80 yuan (40 yuan in each subject) according to the Reply of the Provincial Price Bureau and the Provincial Department of Finance on the Examination Fee for Open Recruiters in Institutions (Zhejiang Caizong Zi [2007] No.2).

5. Receiving the written test admission ticket. Candidates who have passed the qualification examination will receive the written test admission ticket at Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center (19 University Graduates Expo, the booth of the medical unit directly under the Municipal Health Bureau) on June 23rd, 2008 (8: 30am-3: 00pm) with their ID cards and the examination fee receipt issued by the recruiting unit.

6. In order to reflect fair competition, the ratio of the number of recruits to the number of applicants for the same position shall not be less than 1: 3. If this ratio is not reached, in principle, the recruitment plan of this major should be reduced or the recruitment should be cancelled.

(2) Examination

This open recruitment examination is conducted by a combination of written examination and interview.

1, written test. The written test is divided into professional subjects (including professional ethics and related laws and regulations) and English subjects. The written test time is from 8: 30 am to 1 1: 30 am on February 22, 2008. Candidates take the exam with their ID cards and written admission tickets. See the written test admission ticket for details.

2. Interview. After the written test, according to the written test results, the interviewer will be determined from high score to low score according to the proportion of the positions to be applied for. Candidates can check the written test results on Ningbo Health Network (www.nbws.gov.cn) in late February and enter the list of interviewers.

The interview work is carried out step by step according to the recruiting unit. Please pay attention to the notice on Ningbo Health Online for the specific arrangement of the interview work of each recruitment unit.

After the interview, according to the sum of 50% of the candidates' written test scores and 50% of the interview scores, the physical examination and assessment objects will be determined according to the ratio of 1: 1 for each post from high score to low score. Candidates can log on to Ningbo Health Network to check the total score and enter the list of physical examination and assessment personnel.

(3) physical examination. Organized by the recruiting unit itself. Except for the special requirements of the industry (see annex), the physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the Physical Examination Standard for the Employment of National Civil Servants in Zhejiang Province issued by the Personnel Department of Zhejiang Province.

Those who fail the physical examination will be disqualified and will be replenished in turn according to the comprehensive scores of the examination.

(four) after the physical examination, the recruitment unit shall organize the assessment, and the assessment content shall refer to the assessment methods for civil servants (fresh graduates). According to the results of examination, assessment and physical examination, the Municipal Health Bureau determines the list of persons to be employed and reports it to the Municipal Personnel Bureau for approval.

It will be publicized to the public in Ningbo Personnel Establishment Network (www.nbrs.gov.cn) and Ningbo Health Network (www.nbws.gov.cn) for 7 working days.

After the publicity, if there is no objection, the proposed employee will sign an employment agreement with the recruiting unit, and then go through the employment procedures. If the proposed employee fails to sign the agreement on time, it will be deemed as automatic abandonment.
