Does factory QC have a future?

It's hard to say that no matter what career you do, you will have better development, depending on how you grasp it personally.

I have been a royal counsel for many years. In my words, QC has no good development, and quality control is very industrial. You are skilled in this industry. If you change industries, there are many things to start over.

As for promotion, although it is said that promotion is acceptable, it is hard to say when you will be promoted from QC to supervisor and department manager, and not everyone can do it.

I have a colleague who used to do SQE, from quality assurance to engineering, and now he is the factory director.

So it depends on how individuals grasp it.

Some people say that quality control is an honest official, and he can't get any benefits. Good things and bad things have their own share. If you start your own company, it will be a bit difficult to get funds.

Moreover, there are more third-party verifications now, and large companies can give customers many discounts. If they just start doing it themselves, it is very difficult and the credibility is not as good as that of well-known big companies.
