Those who have any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply:

2. Recruitment procedures and requirements
(1) Registration.
1. Registration time: from the date of announcement to November 25, 2019.
2. Registration information: (1) "2019 Zengcheng District Committee Political and Legal Affairs Committee Public Recruitment (Employment) Application Form" (see attachment 1); (2) Second-generation resident ID card, 1 copy each of household registration book, academic certificate, and degree certificate scan.
3. 4. Registration requirements: The information provided by the candidates must be true and accurate. (2) Preliminary review of qualifications.
The preliminary qualification review only conducts a preliminary check of the registration materials. Those who pass the preliminary qualification review will be determined as candidates for the written examination.
The results of the preliminary qualification review will be notified to applicants via text message within 5 working days after the registration deadline. (3) Recruitment methods.
The job recruitment process includes examination, physical examination, inspection, publicity and recruitment, etc.
The exam consists of a written test and an interview. The total score of the paper is 100 points. The total score is calculated based on the sum of the written test score accounting for 50% and the interview score accounting for 50%. In the case of the same score, the written test score will be used. priority.
1. Written test. The time and location of the written examination will be notified later. This written examination is a closed-book examination. Applicants must bring their admission ticket and ID card to participate. The total score of the paper is 100 points, and 50% of the score, rounded to two decimal places, will be included in the total score. In principle, the ratio of written examinations should not be lower than 1:3. If some positions do not meet the examination opening ratio, they may no longer be canceled or reduced with the approval of the recruitment leadership group. Those who meet the qualifications can take the written examination.
2. Qualification review. Based on the candidates' written test scores from high to low for the positions they apply for, the candidates to be interviewed will be determined in a ratio of 1:5 (if the number of people to be interviewed does not reach the set ratio, the interview will be based on the actual number of qualified people). Candidates to be interviewed need to submit qualification review materials (see attachment 2 for details) to the recruiting unit for on-site qualification review. The time and place will be notified separately. Candidates who pass the on-site qualification review can participate in the interview session.
Anyone who cannot provide the required supporting materials or does not accept qualification review within the specified time will not be allowed to participate in the interview and subsequent links. The resulting vacancies for interview candidates can be filled in order from the highest score to the lowest score based on the written test scores of the candidates for the position. .
3. Interview.
(1) The interview time and location will be notified later.
(2) Interview targets: Candidates who have passed the qualification review will be identified as the list of candidates for the interview.
(3) Interview content: Conducted in a structured interview manner. It mainly conducts a comprehensive evaluation on the professional quality, comprehensive analysis ability, adaptability, language expression ability, appearance and manners of the candidates. The full score of the interview is 100 points, and 50% of the score, rounded to two decimal places, will be included in the total score.
(4) Interview results will be announced on site.
4. Physical examination. Organized by the recruiting unit. After the interview, the candidates for physical examination will be determined according to the ratio of 1:1 to the number of recruits and in order from high to low in total scores.
(1) The time and location of the physical examination will be notified later.
(2) The physical examination standards are implemented with reference to the "Implementation Rules for Physical Examination of Open Recruitment Personnel in Public Institutions in Guangdong Province (Trial)". If the applicant has any objection to the physical examination results, he or she can report to the department within 3 working days after the physical examination results are released. The political and legal committee of the district committee applies for re-inspection of items that can be re-inspected. The re-inspection is only conducted once, and the physical examination results are subject to the re-inspection results. When a vacancy occurs due to failure in the physical examination or a candidate voluntarily giving up, candidates will be filled in order from highest to lowest overall score.
5. Inspection. Candidates who have passed the physical examination are determined as candidates for inspection. The recruiting unit mainly examines the subject's political ideology, moral cultivation, ability and quality, study and social practice performance, compliance with laws and regulations, and social relations. If a job vacancy occurs due to failure in the inspection, the candidates will be filled in order from the highest score to the lowest score based on the overall score. At the same time, the subject of the inspection must submit the "Certificate of No Illegal and Criminal Records" (original) issued by the public security authority in the place where his/her registered residence is located.
6. Publicity and recruitment. The candidates to be recruited will be determined based on the comprehensive situation of written examination, interview, physical examination and inspection, etc., and the candidates will be announced through the portal website of Guangzhou Zengcheng District People's Government (website: /) (the publicity period is 3 working days). During the publicity period, the problems reported to the organization by the publicized personnel will be carefully investigated and verified.
