Can I add b2 to my foreign c 1 driver's license in Cixi?

The foreign driver's license cannot be added to Cixi's B2 driver's license. According to the new regulations, a driver's license can only be applied at the issuing place where the driver's license has been issued, and it cannot be issued elsewhere.

According to the order of the Ministry of Public Security 139

Article 18 An applicant for a motor vehicle driver's license shall apply to the vehicle management office in accordance with the following provisions:

(a) living in the domicile, it shall apply in the domicile;

(two) living outside the domicile, can apply at the place of residence;

(three) active servicemen (including armed police) to apply in their place of residence;

(4) Overseas personnel apply at their place of residence or residence;

(five) to apply for increasing the number of quasi-driving models, it shall apply at the place where the motor vehicle driver's license is issued;

(six) to receive full-time driving vocational education and apply for increasing the number of quasi-driving models of large buses and tractors, the application shall be made at the place where the education is received.
