CIETAC is the highest international commercial dispute settlement institution in Chinese mainland, which is responsible for supervising and guiding the work of arbitration institutions at all levels in China. As an agency of CIETAC, Shenzhen International Arbitration Court is supervised and guided by CIETAC.
