3. Registration and Qualification Review

(1) Registration method. In 2013, the public recruitment examination for Yanbian Prefecture public institutions adopted on-site registration.

(2) Registration time and place. Registration time: November 4 to November 8, 2013, 8:30-11:30 am, 1:00-4:00 pm. Please see Appendix 1 for registration location and contact information.

(3) Registration requirements. When registering, applicants (authorized agents) should bring the originals of the applicant’s ID card, graduation certificate, degree certificate, qualification certificate, work experience certificate and other materials required for the position, as well as one copy and 4 recent (6 Within one month), a 1-inch front-facing photo with the same bottom (red background) without a hat, and an accurately and completely filled out "2013 Yanbian Prefecture Public Institution Open Recruitment Candidate Registration Form" (see attachment 2 for details). The registration form must be submitted to Yanbian Prefecture Human Resources Download it from the Social Security Bureau website and fill it out electronically and print it on A4 paper.

(4) Qualification review and payment. The qualification review is composed of relevant personnel from the employer and the competent department. In counties (cities), the employer conducts a preliminary review of qualifications based on the conditions set for the recruitment position. The competent department of the employer conducts a re-examination, and the human resources and social security department reviews. The qualification review results are confirmed on-site; the state directly conducts the qualification review. Candidates who pass the qualification review must pay the fee on site, and the fee is 60 yuan per person (including a registration fee of 25 yuan and a written examination fee of 35 yuan).

(5) Issuance of admission tickets. Admission tickets for candidates applying for state departments will be issued by the relevant recruitment departments at the state level. Admission tickets for candidates applying for counties (cities) will be issued by the county (city) Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The specific issuance time and place will be notified separately.

(6) Exam opening ratio. There is no exam opening ratio for this recruitment.

(7) Relevant requirements

1. Candidates must register with a valid ID card, and the ID card used for registration and examination must be consistent.

2. Candidates are only allowed to apply for one position. After passing the qualification review, they cannot apply for other positions.

3. The professional name filled in by the candidate when registering must be exactly the same as the exact name on the graduation certificate.

4. Candidates should be responsible for the information and materials submitted. Anyone who commits fraud will be disqualified from the examination or employment once verified.

5. Those who have returned from studying abroad must obtain overseas academic qualifications and degree certification certificates from the China Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education, or relevant certificates and other materials issued by our embassies and consulates abroad.

6. The working experience time required for the recruitment position is calculated as follows: starting from October 28, 2013, every time the cumulative working time reaches 12 full months (anything less than 12 full months) The number of whole months shall be counted as 1 year. Among them, social practice (internship) experience during school cannot be regarded as work experience.

7. Candidates are required to keep the contact number they left when registering open so that they can be notified of relevant matters.

8. Those who apply for township (town) positions, the service period is 3 years.
