The procedures for foreigners to work in China are as follows:

Precautions:

1. Please ask the person in charge to go to the window with the letter of introduction from the company, my work permit and relevant valid certificates. If you entrust others to act as agents, you need to submit a power of attorney, a copy of the business license of the agency and a copy of your ID card;

2. Branches of enterprises from other provinces and cities in Beijing are required to provide a copy of the business license of the head office (photocopy), the approval certificate (photocopy) and the original and photocopy of the branch business license;

3. The employment permit for foreigners is valid for six months from the date of issuance. If the relevant formalities are not handled after the expiration, the license will automatically become invalid.

The official name of the invitation letter for foreigners' work visa is "visa notification form for authorized units".
