What is construction project general contracting qualification? It is what we often call "housing construction qualification" and can be used for the construction of housing construction projects. In 2015, the country revised the qualification standards, and the requirements for construction engineers became a top priority. So, what kind of construction engineers should be prepared to apply for the general contracting qualification of construction projects?

1. Requirements for construction engineers

The general contracting qualifications of construction projects are divided into first-level, second-level and third-level Level, the construction engineer requirements are as follows:

Level one: 12 people. First-class construction engineers with majors in housing construction and mechanical and electrical engineering are required, including no less than 9 people majoring in housing construction.

Level 2: 12 people. Second-level construction engineers with majors in housing construction and mechanical and electrical engineering are required, including no less than 9 people majoring in housing construction.

Level 3: 5 people. Second-level construction engineers with majors in housing construction and mechanical and electrical engineering are required, including no less than 4 people majoring in housing construction.

2. How to prepare

(1) Full-time recruitment: Find suitable construction engineers through the talent market, independent interviews, etc., and sign a full-time work contract with them.

(2) Part-time affiliation: The salary of construction engineers is relatively high. In order to save money, many companies choose part-time workers to only use their certificates.

3. Notes:

(1) Social security: Construction engineers who apply for qualifications are required to pay social security and meet a certain period (new level three: 1 month ; Three to two, two to one: 3 months).

(2) Construction engineer registration: Whether it is recruitment or affiliation, the construction engineers prepared by the company must be registered before they can apply for qualifications.
