The reorganization has not been completed. According to the website of Changshu Municipal People's Government, on February 23, 2023, Suzhou Intermediate People's Court of Jiangsu Province decided to pre-reorganize Zhongli Group. However, the process of major asset reorganization involves many stages, including negotiation, due diligence, scheme formulation, regulatory approval and so on. As of February 25, 2023, there is no other public information showing that the reorganization has been completed.
