Specifically, leading talents, doctors or professional titles at or above the provincial level are given a one-time housing subsidy of up to 654.38+0 million yuan and 500,000 yuan respectively according to 70% and 50% of the total housing price. The one-time purchase subsidy for master and deputy senior technicians is 300,000 yuan, the one-time purchase subsidy for undergraduate and intermediate technicians is 200,000 yuan, and the one-time purchase subsidy for junior and senior technicians is 6,543,800 yuan. In addition, Pujiang also implements a rental subsidy system. Those graduates who meet the encouragement conditions and come to work in enterprises and institutions in Pudong within three years after graduation will be given the highest rental subsidies of12,000 yuan, 8,400 yuan, 6,000 yuan and 3,600 yuan each year, which can be supplemented for up to three years.
