Gansu human resources market is an institution directly under the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Gansu Province.

Mainly responsible for the allocation of human resources market, providing recruitment policy and employment policy consultation and service for all kinds of employers and job seekers; Carry out services such as talent recruitment, talent exchange, talent dispatch, talent headhunting and talent evaluation.

Normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30- 17:30.

Afternoon: May to September: 15:00- 18:30, 10 to April: 14:30- 18:30.

Responsibilities of Human Resources Department

Be fully responsible for the management and development of human resources in the company, and formulate the principles, policies and systems of human resources management in the company.

2. Be responsible for the company's personnel recruitment activities, and handle the personnel changes and retirement of the company's employees.

3. Be responsible for formulating and implementing the employee training plan, and organizing the employees of the company to take various qualification examinations.

4. Be responsible for signing and managing employee labor contracts, solving labor disputes, disputes or conducting labor litigation on behalf of the company, actively contacting the labor department, and being responsible for reporting, handling and claiming for general industrial accidents of the company.

5. Improve the company's salary and incentive system, mobilize the enthusiasm of employees, organize the formulation of the company's performance appraisal system, and conduct regular employee appraisal.
