The interview rate is 3: 1. Among them, the ratio of the director and reporter of the district media center entering the professional skills test is 5: 1, and the ratio of entering the comprehensive interview after the professional skills test is 3: 1. If the competition ratio in the interview session does not reach the predetermined ratio, the interview can be conducted according to the minimum competition ratio of 2: 1; If the competition ratio is lower than 2: 1, the number of recruitment places will be reduced accordingly. 2. Time and place of interview

3. Organization and implementation of the interview

The interview is organized and implemented by the comprehensive personnel management department of Tongliang District, with reference to the "Interview Measures for Open Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Chongqing" (No.[20 16]28 1).

The scores of interview items are all 100, of which the scores of skill demonstration and trial lecture are 50 points for positions with skills demonstration, the interview time of trial lecture is 10 minute, and the structured interview is not less than 10 minute.
