What measures do enterprises take in the construction of anti-fraud mechanism?

When carrying out business activities, enterprises are faced with changeable business environment and various uncertain factors. Enterprises face different risks due to different industries, scales, regions, markets, business models and development stages. The fraud risk, which is caused by job fraud by internal and external personnel of an enterprise, is generally applicable to any enterprise. In other words, fraud may occur in any enterprise and bring losses to any enterprise.

Since 1996, the American Association of Certified Fraud Examiners has been investigating work fraud cases. Reports released over the years show that the losses caused by fraud in general enterprises account for 5% of enterprise income every year. In addition to direct economic losses, intangible public image and market reputation, as well as the confidence of customers, business partners, capital market investors and regulators in enterprises have also been damaged.
