Characteristics of Dongguan Goldman Sachs Science Park Project

Cheng Nan's three incubation platforms for science and technology enterprises have their own characteristics and emphases in positioning and development goals.

The goal of Goldman Sachs Science Park is to build a modern information service park and a platform for introducing high-quality scientific and technological projects, which integrates enterprise incubation, brand service, e-commerce service, talent training, business office and life support. It consists of an incubation center, a training center and a business office center.

After the renovation of Xinji Smart Port Project is completed, it is planned to introduce more than 30 e-commerce enterprises 100 and supporting service enterprises to form an e-commerce industrial chain and create a national-level e-commerce industrialization demonstration base. The project will focus on introducing e-commerce, network information, e-commerce R&D, Internet of Things-related enterprises, financial institutions, investment and wealth management, logistics and warehousing, and college students' entrepreneurial enterprises.

Tianan Digital City Park will make full use of Dongguan's industrial upgrading and urban upgrading strategies, focusing on promoting the agglomeration and development of small and medium-sized private technology enterprises. Upon completion, it will become the first "productive high-end service industry based on computer technology" and "fourth industry" in the Pearl River Delta (note: it refers to a public industry that has no obvious profit for itself, but can enhance the profits of other industries), and become a multi-functional building demonstration park that is most suitable for the transformation and upgrading of scientific and technological enterprises.
