Measures of Zhuhai Municipality on the collection of tolls for vehicles in different places

Article 1 In order to do a good job in road construction and maintain traffic order in this Municipality, these Measures are formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State and combined with the actual situation of this Municipality. Article 2 Vehicles in different places in this Municipality, vehicles participating in operation in this Municipality, and vehicles purchased by units or individuals in this Municipality shall pay road and bridge tunnel fees every year according to the actual operation time of the corresponding vehicles in this Municipality. Article 3 The Municipal Transportation Commission is the collection and management organ of road and bridge fees and tunnel fees for vehicles in different places. Article 4 Highway, bridge and tunnel fees shall be specifically collected by the following units:

(a) in the city (including the administrative region) and in the city's operation of off-site vehicles and the city units or individuals to buy off-site vehicles, collected by the city road and bridge management company;

(2) All kinds of vehicles in Doumen County are collected by Doumen Office of Luqiao Management Company. Fifth road and bridge tunnel fee payment standard:

(a) two-wheeled and three-wheeled motorcycles, each 80 yuan per month; The number of "Guangdong 13" prefix motorcycles that cannot enter the urban area is halved.

(2) 1 ton to return (including 1 ton), 300 yuan per vehicle per month.

(three) more than L tons to 2 tons (including 2 tons), 350 yuan per car per month.

(four) more than 2 tons to 5 tons (including 5 tons), 400 yuan per car per month.

(five) more than 5 tons to 8 tons (including 8 tons), 500 yuan per car per month.

(six) more than 8 tons to 20 tons (including 20 tons), 600 yuan per car per month.

(seven) all kinds of container vehicles of 20 tons and above, each 800 yuan per month.

Every 10 passenger car is converted into 1 ton, and less than 10 passenger car is counted as 1 ton.

Road, bridge and tunnel tolls for vehicles entering Hong Kong and Macao are levied according to the above standards and can be paid in RMB or Hong Kong dollars (Hong Kong and Hong Kong are converted into RMB according to the ratio of 1: 1).

Payment is based on one month. One-time payment for one year, according to the ten-month preferential collection.

Those who enter and leave the city within the validity period after payment need not pay the road and bridge fees and tunnel fees again. Sixth vehicles in different places in this city and vehicles purchased by units or individuals in this city must pay road and bridge fees and tunnel fees before the 5th of each month. Failing to pay within the time limit, in addition to paying the payable amount, a fine of twice the payable amount shall be imposed. Vehicles operating in different places in this city must be registered and pay fees from the date of entering this city. Failing to register and pay within the time limit, in addition to overdue payment, a late fee of 5% of the payable amount will be charged daily. Article 7 The Municipal Traffic Commission entrusts the Municipal Road and Bridge Management Company and its Doumen Office to impose penalties on vehicles in different places in this Municipality and vehicles purchased by units and individuals in this Municipality.

Penalties for the operation of vehicles in different places in this Municipality shall be implemented by the Municipal Transportation Commission entrusted by the Municipal Transportation Management Office. Eighth toll collectors and managers should perform their duties in a civilized manner, collect fees according to law, serve politely, punish according to regulations, constantly improve the quality of work, and consciously accept social supervision. Those who engage in malpractices for selfish ends shall be held accountable by the relevant departments. Article 9 These Measures shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.
