According to Article 11 of the "Shenzhen Intellectual Property Special Fund Management Measures", the funding conditions and standards for invention patent applications, PCT patent applications, overseas trademark registrations and computer software copyright registration fees are:

(1) Conditions and standards for funding domestic invention patent applications

1. Within six months after the applicant obtains the notice of publication and entry into the substantive examination stage (subject to the date of issuance of the substantive examination notice) ), the applicant will be given a subsidy of 2,000 yuan for each application after paying the relevant fees (for applications approved by the Patent Office of the State Intellectual Property Office, the fee will be reduced and lower than the subsidy amount, the patent application fee and examination fee will be subsidized based on the actual expenditure), but for Patents applied for non-electronically will not be funded;

(2) Subsidy conditions and standards for overseas invention patent applications

If you apply within one year after obtaining the overseas invention patent certificate, you will be given one-time funding according to the following countries and regions: Each item supports up to 2 countries or regions.

1. Those who have obtained invention patent authorization in the United States, the European Union, Japan and other countries will receive a subsidy of 40,000 yuan per item;

2. In other countries or regions with patent approval agencies Those who have obtained invention patent authorization will receive a subsidy of 20,000 yuan per application;

3. Those who have obtained invention patent authorization in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan will be processed in accordance with domestic invention patent application funding standards.

Subsidy for overseas invention patents is classified according to the tax amount. (3) PCT patent application funding conditions and standards

For invention patent projects that submit PCT patent applications in accordance with PCT rules and apply for funding within six months of obtaining an international search, the unit The subsidy for each application is RMB 10,000, and the subsidy for each individual application is RMB 3,000.

(4) Overseas trademark registration funding conditions and standards

Apply within one year after obtaining the overseas trademark registration certificate. One-time funding will be provided according to the following countries and regions. 1. Those registered through the Madrid System will be funded according to the number of designated countries, with 2,000 yuan for each designated country or region. A maximum of 20 countries or regions will be supported for each case;

(5) Funding conditions and standards for computer software copyright registration

(6) The total annual funding for the same intellectual property agency (including patents, trademarks, and copyrights) shall not exceed 500,000 yuan.
