50 chillers?

50 chiller is a large chiller, which can provide 37.5KW cooling capacity. For our 50 chillers, it can be 50 water-cooled chillers, 50 screw chillers and 50 air-cooled chillers. 50 water-cooled chillers need external cooling towers and pumps; 50 air-cooled chillers can be directly connected to the working equipment for operation; 50 screw chiller also needs to be connected with external cooling tower and water pump to work, which has higher relative refrigeration capacity.

According to the application industry, scene and temperature control requirements, three different 50-horse chillers are selected. Taking 50 water-cooled chiller as an example, it is used in large-scale plastic film production line to provide chilled water for film production such as cast film and PE breathable film, and mainly control the cooling temperature of casting rolls. The cooler is connected with the casting roll for heat exchange, and the temperature of the roll is monitored by the temperature sensor to accurately control the temperature, thus achieving high efficiency and high quality production.
