"Serving the grassroots project" means that the organization department of the Party Committee of the autonomous region takes the lead in selecting college graduates to work in Gacha Village; The "three supports and one support" plan for college graduates led by the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of the autonomous region, the volunteer service plan for college graduates' community livelihood work, the plan for selecting college graduates by small and medium-sized enterprises and non-public enterprises led by the Education Department of the autonomous region, and the special post plan for teachers in rural pastoral areas; The plan of college students' voluntary service to the west led by the Youth League Committee of the autonomous region.

2. (1) An applicant shall meet the following conditions:

The definition of grassroots work experience is based on documents such as Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security's Opinions on Defining the Start Time of grassroots work experience in Civil Service Examination and Employment (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2065438+00] No.59).

(4) To apply for the job of directional recruitment of "project personnel", the applicants must be service-oriented grassroots project personnel who expired and passed the examination before March 23rd, 20 17, or grassroots public welfare post service personnel or college student soldiers who retired before March 23rd, 20 17. Any "project personnel" whose service has expired (or retired) for more than 3 years as of March 23, 2065438 or who have been employed as the staff of public institutions (listed in the establishment) can no longer apply for the position of targeted recruitment of "project personnel" and can only apply for other positions.
