Theoretical part: More than 75 points are required.

Practice part: 1, 200m endurance swimming (non-stop, unlimited time, unlimited swimming style); 2, 25 meters speed tour (male 18 seconds; Women within 20 seconds); 3, into the water+near+control (fish jumped into the water, near the drowning person about 15 meters ahead, chest control; ) 4. Dive15m+10/0m to tow the dummy (the near end enters the water, the head is not without water, and the dummy's nose must be exposed to the water when towing); 5. Combined movements (landing-carrying-transporting-putting down) (all parts of the movements must be put down 3-5 meters according to the correct techniques in the textbook); 6. Three actions of land release (two actions are required to be completed correctly)
