Third, the interview method

(1) Regular job interviews are conducted in the form of structured interviews.

(2) The medical post interview is conducted in the form of "professional knowledge test and comprehensive quality evaluation", which is jointly organized and implemented by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Hainan Province and the Health and Wellness Committee of Hainan Province.

(3) The written test and interview of all positions accounted for 60% and 40% of the total score respectively in this recruitment of public institutions; The written test scores, interview scores and total scores shall be kept at 2 decimal places.

Four. Related matters

(1) Candidates should arrive at the interview center before 8: 00 am on the interview day. Those who don't sign in in the waiting room at 8: 30 or miss the exam will be treated as automatically giving up the interview qualification.

(2) Candidates are required to prepare interview materials such as "two certificates and one form" on time. Those with irregular documents are not allowed to participate in the interview. "Two Certificates" refers to the paper written test admission ticket and the second-generation resident ID card within the validity period (if there is no original ID card, provide the household registration certificate or social security card with photos and official seal issued by temporary id card or the police station within the validity period); "One Form" is the "Qualification Examination Form for Open Recruitment of Institutions in Qinghai Province" that has been approved.

(3) All positions in the interview are answered in the national common language (Mandarin).

(4) If the ratio of the number of job candidates to the number of interviewers reaches 1: 1 (or less than 1: 1), if the interview score of the last candidate in the post examination does not reach the average score of all interviewers in the group on that day (calculated by effective scores), the qualification for entering the next recruitment stage will be cancelled.

(5) Candidates are requested to consciously abide by the examination rules and disciplines, and are not allowed to bring any communication tools and electronic equipment into the waiting room and interview examination room. Anyone found to be in violation of discipline and cheating will be dealt with severely according to the Regulations on Handling Disciplinary Actions in Open Recruitment of Institutions (Order No.35 of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security).

(6) After the interview, announce the candidates' total scores, and determine the medical examiners according to the ratio of post 1: 1. If the total score of the exam is tied, priority will be given to recruiting retired soldiers; If the priority condition cannot be determined, it shall be determined according to the written test results, and if the written test results are the same, it shall be determined according to the comprehensive application ability (or comprehensive basic knowledge) results.

(7) The interview test center is fully enclosed, and candidates can leave the examination room only after signing and confirming the interview.

(8) Candidates should bring their own disposable medical masks to attend the interview. During the interview, we should consciously maintain the order of the examination room and obey the arrangement of the on-site staff. Wear a mask all the time except to confirm your identity and take off your mask when answering questions. After the interview, you should leave the test center as soon as possible and don't stay.
