Installation method of Mingkai Lighting Shenhua bathroom heater

1. Preparation 1. Open the vents and determine the location of the vents on the wall (it should be above the suspended ceiling and slightly lower than the air outlet of the centrifugal fan cover of the appliance to prevent dew condensation in the ventilation pipe from flowing back into the appliance) , make a circular hole at this location.

Shenhua Yuba 2. Install a ventilation window. Put one end of the ventilation pipe on the ventilation window, and fix the other end from the outside of the wall along the ventilation window to the air outlet of the exterior wall. Fill the gap between the ventilation pipe and the ventilation hole with cement. seal up.

3. Determine the installation position of the bathroom heater. In order to obtain the best heating effect, the bathroom heater should be installed on the ceiling directly above the center of the bathtub or shower room.

For suspended ceilings, please use materials with better strength and less noise. After installation, the height of the light bulb from the ground should be between 2.1-2.3M.

Too high or too low will affect the use effect.

4. Prepare 30×40MM wooden rails for laying and installing keels on the suspended ceiling. Pay attention to leaving space at the installation location according to the opening size. The height of the mezzanine space formed by the suspended ceiling and the top of the house must not be less than 220mm.

Cut a square hole of corresponding size at the product installation position on the ceiling according to the actual size of the box. The distance between the edge of the square hole and the wall should be no less than 250mm.

2. Fix the bathroom heater 1. Remove the mask, unscrew all the bulbs, disengage the spring from the ring of the mask and remove the mask.

2. Connect one end of the interconnecting soft cord to the switch panel as shown in the wiring diagram, pull the other end out of the ceiling opening together with the power cord, and open the terminal cover on the box. Connect the wires as shown in the wiring diagram and terminal mark, cover the terminal cover, and fix the terminal cover with screws.

Then plug the excess wires into the ceiling so that the box can be plugged into the hole smoothly.

3. Connect the ventilation duct. Pull out the end of the ventilation duct that extends into the room and put it on the air outlet of the centrifugal fan cover.

4. Push the box into the hole, choose the correct direction according to the position of the air outlet, and insert the bathroom heater box into the hole.

5. Use four wood screws with a diameter of 4mm and a length of 20mm to fix the box to the wooden rails of the ceiling.

3. Final assembly of the bathroom heater 1. Install the mask. Align the positioning feet of the mask with the positioning groove of the box, insert it, and hook the spring on the corresponding hanging ring of the mask.

2. Install the light bulbs. Carefully screw on all the light bulbs to maintain good electrical contact with the lamp holder, and then wipe the light bulbs and the mask clean.

3. Fixed switch: Fix the switch on the wall to prevent the power cord from bearing tension during use.
