If the number of people who pass the qualification examination and enter the comprehensive assessment is less than or equal to 5 times of the recruitment quota, they will be interviewed directly.

3. For positions that require a written test, the written test subject is comprehensive knowledge. After the written test, each recruitment group determines the interviewer according to the ratio of the recruitment quota of the recruitment position to the written test score of the candidates who participated in the written test of the position from high to low, which is not higher than 1: 5. The written test results are only used as the basis for entering the interview and are not included in the total test scores.

4. The interview is determined and organized by each recruitment team. It mainly evaluates candidates' professional knowledge, language and logical thinking ability, practical operation ability, organization and coordination ability, sense of responsibility and initiative, interpersonal skills, communication and coordination ability and demeanor.
