The hospital currently has 960 employees, including 40 technicians with senior professional titles and 126 technicians with intermediate professional titles, with an annual outpatient volume of 120,000. The total area is 36,000 square meters, the total construction area is more than 30,000 square meters, and the total fixed assets value of the hospital is 130 million yuan. It is a cooperative unit of the Provincial People's Hospital, the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, and Shanghai Yuanda Hospital.

The hospital has departments of brain surgery, thoracic surgery, urology, hepatobiliary surgery, burn surgery, orthopedics, cardiovascular medicine, neurology, diabetes, nephrology, oncology, general internal medicine, general surgery, and gynecology. There are more than 20 clinical departments including pediatrics, infectious diseases, traditional Chinese medicine, ophthalmology, oral cavity, ear, nose and throat, and dermatology.

The hospital has advanced equipment such as MRI, Siemens spiral CT, Fuji CR, medical linear accelerator, Japanese Olympus electronic gastrointestinal endoscope, transcranial Doppler laparoscopy, and chemiluminescence instrument.
