Are young people unwilling to work in factories because they have no future?

Every time I look for a job in a certain city, I will see recruitment information such as XX factory salary ranging from 70 million to 100 million, including food and accommodation, clean environment, and good treatment. However, such factories are rarely attended. Why? There are also many owners who post at the factory, showing off last month’s pay stubs. This salary slip is really enviable, because after excluding the tax part, there are still seven to eight thousand yuan.

Even so, these factories recruit people every year and there are not enough people every year. In fact, the main reason is that most young people today are unwilling to work in factories, because factories have too little rest, maybe less than four days a month, and some only have two days. They need to work at least 10 hours a day, and some work overtime is too hard. Some work up to 12 hours.

It is true that the salary may be a little higher than the average job salary, but the level of tiring has convinced a large number of people. Nowadays, with the rapid development of society, employment opportunities have also increased. Many young people would rather run out for takeout and drive than work in factories. Delivery workers earn over 10,000 yuan a month and have relatively free time. So that's why it's always hard for factories to recruit. It is said that the technological blockade imposed by Western countries on our country is not a stumbling block to our development. Young people are unwilling to work in factories. is that so?

In fact, there is a reason why young people don’t want to go to factories. The factory is boring and uninteresting, and people with lively personalities may not be retained. We can't blame young people for not wanting to work in factories. This is inevitable when society has developed to a certain extent. Work was still very popular in the 1970s and 1980s because our country's economic level was not high and development was limited at that time. Finding a stable, high-paying job is everyone's dream. However, with the development of society, factories still maintain the consistent concept of working more overtime and taking less rest. No wonder young people are reluctant to work in factories.

In fact, our current development industry is in a rather embarrassing situation. For example, developed countries also have manufacturing industries, factories and electronics factories, but many of their factories are built in developing countries, and even local companies Recruiting workers from developing countries in Central and South Asia. It can be seen from the number of overseas workers in China every year that our young people would rather go abroad to work in factories than stay in their own country to work in factories. After all, they all ran away from home. Why not find someone with a higher salary?

In addition, our development level has not yet reached the level of developed countries, and a large number of factories have been built abroad, because relatively speaking, the Chinese people's diligence at work ranks high in the world. Is it unrealistic if we build factories in Africa? They can shut down factories in minutes by hiring foreign workers. However, competition in countries such as Vietnam, India, and Thailand is high, and Chinese companies do not have much advantage over European and American companies. Foxconn is a good example. Its failure to build a factory in India served as a big warning to Chinese companies.

So if the factory wants stable employee input, it still needs to work hard on salary and technology. Wages are an essential aspect, and we workers naturally work for money. Without money, can we talk about our ideals? On the other hand, scientific and technological progress is the main way for developed countries to achieve development. The country should strongly support educational science and technology, but now Western countries have hindered our science and technology in all aspects, and our development is indeed limited. What do you think about this?
