The surface roughness is less than 3.2, and the strength and hardness are significantly improved.

4. The utilization rate of spinning materials is high, and the cost of the die is less than one fifth of that of the stamping die. The economy of spinning is related to production batch, workpiece structure, equipment and labor cost. Most processes are combined with stamping, plate cutting, ultrasonic cleaning and electroplating to obtain the best economic benefits.

5. Spinnable shapes can only be rotating bodies, mainly including barrel, cone, curved generatrix and combination.
