Generally, university teachers need a bachelor’s degree or above.

Basic conditions for recruitment of teachers at Dali University

(1) Basic conditions:

1. Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China and abide by the Constitution and laws;

2. Have good conduct, love the socialist motherland, love higher education, and have a strong sense of professionalism, responsibility and professionalism;

4. Have the physical condition to adapt to the requirements of the position;

5. Be no more than 35 years old (1986 Born on or after June 1st of the year).

Applicants will be openly recruited through a combination of written examination and interview.

(1) Written test

The written test is conducted in a closed-book manner, and the scores are calculated on a hundred-point scale, with a full score of 100 points. The written examination mainly tests basic qualities and comprehensive abilities as well as the professional knowledge required for the recruitment position. The examination can only be held when the ratio between the number of recruitment positions and the number of applicants who meet the recruitment requirements is not less than 1:3. If the proportion is not reached, the examination can only be held with the approval of the competent department and the human resources and social security department at the same level.

Written test time and written test location: The time is July 20, 2021, and the location is Dali University.

The written test results, the list of interviewees and the interview schedule will be announced on the homepage of Dali University after the written test. Applicants are requested to check it in time.

(2) Interview

The interview is scheduled after the written test, and the score is calculated on a hundred-point scale, with a full score of 100 points. The interview mainly tests the professional knowledge, business ability and comprehensive quality required for the recruitment position, and is organized and implemented by the Student Affairs Office. The ratio of the number of people in the recruitment position to the number of people interviewed will be 1:3. If any of the candidates who enter the interview give up the interview, they can be admitted to the interview one by one.

(3) Comprehensive score

Comprehensive score = written test score × 50% + interview score × 50%. The comprehensive score of candidates who are exempted from the written test is the interview score.

The written test score, interview score and comprehensive score will be divided into 60 points. Those who fail will not be hired.

Written test scores, interview scores, and comprehensive scores are calculated by rounding to two decimal places. If the overall scores are the same, the candidates will be sorted from high to low by written test scores, with priority given to the one with the higher score.
