There is no one good or bad! Village officials have a lot of time to do their own things~ but it is not stable. They can only sign for 3 years and can renew it~ Village officials are just a platform. In the future, they will have to take exams for civil servants, public institutions or banks (many units have recruitment for village officials)

I personally think village officials are better. Reasons: 1. Village official is a broad platform. You have a lot of time to choose your future life, and of course you have to work hard! 2. Village officials have freedom, unlike in enterprises, they have a broader vision and can deal with all kinds of people! 3. Although village officials are a platform, due to current policy trends, there are more opportunities in rural areas. You can start your own projects (actually doing business) and gain both fame and fortune. I set up a nursery myself, with a small investment and a lot of support from the village! 4. There is little pressure on village officials. It is conceivable that the talents there are not as concentrated as those in enterprises! 5. As far as our civil servant exam is concerned this year, it is obvious that the recruitment target is closer to the grassroots level. If you want to take the administrative path, village officials should be a good choice.
