Notice of Shandong University Weihai Branch on the open recruitment of non-teaching staff for the public sector

According to work needs and after research and decision by the school, 9 non-teaching staff for the public recruitment are now open to the public. Notify the relevant matters as follows:

1. Basic recruitment conditions

1. Good health, good appearance, abide by national laws and regulations, good at teamwork and cooperation, and have good communication skills.

2. Have a good professional foundation and the ability to perform job responsibilities.

3. Graduated with a master's degree and obtained a diploma and degree certificate before July 2010.

2. Recruitment positions and specific requirements

For detailed position information, please see Appendix 1: "List of Information on Open Recruitment of Non-Teaching Staff for Shandong University Weihai Branch in 2010".

3. Recruitment Procedures

1. The online registration period is from March 23rd to April 2nd. Applicants must first register online. On-site registration is required before the written test. The on-site registration time will be notified later.

2. For online registration, fill out Appendix 2: "Shandong University Weihai Branch Open Recruitment Application Form" and send it to: sdwhrsc@sdu.edu.cn. The on-site registration location is the Human Resources Department, Room 416, Area B, Main Building.

On-site registration requires verification of the following materials: original and copy of ID card, original and copy of (undergraduate and master's) graduation certificate and degree certificate, and two recent 2-inch photos without hats. On-site registration requires a registration fee of 150 yuan.

3. The school recruitment working group will review the qualifications of the applicants, select the best and determine the list of candidates to participate in the written examination, and then notify them by phone or online. Those who cannot participate in the written examination will no longer be notified one by one, please understand.

4. After the written test, candidates will be selected for the interview based on their test scores in a ratio of 1:3 from high to low.

5. Determine the candidates to be hired based on the results of the written test and interview, and announce them online. Those who have no objections to the announcement and pass the physical examination will be hired by the school.

IV. Exam

The exam consists of a written test and an interview, each accounting for 50% of the total score. Exam content: The written test is about professional theory and comprehensive knowledge, and the interview is mainly about experimental operations or professional skills. The examination time and location will be notified later.

5. Remuneration

After employment, the employment contract system and the human relations agency system will be implemented, and the remuneration will be implemented in accordance with relevant national and school regulations.

6. Relevant instructions

1. The materials filled in and provided by applicants should be true and valid. If there is any discrepancy with the actual situation, once verified, their qualifications will be cancelled. If after recruitment it is found that the materials provided are inconsistent with the actual situation, the person will be dismissed and relevant responsibilities will be held.

2. If the number of valid registrations and examinations for each position does not reach 3, the recruitment for this position will be cancelled.
