What's the difference between State Grid, local power plants and electric power bureaus?

Originally, the power plant and the power grid were integrated, but later they were separated. The power plant is one of the five state-owned power generation groups.

Power plants generate electricity, and the power grid is where businessmen buy electricity from power plants and sell it to users.

There are two power grids: China Southern Power Grid (five provinces) and State Grid.

State Grid Administration: Northeast China, North China, Northwest China, Central China and East China.

When you say local power plants, you mean power plants that are not controlled by the state. Private or local.
