Class A refers to the employees who moved when the company was first established before 2003. At that time, most employees were separated from the original post office, and some employees were recruited by the society. Class B refers to employees recruited through social recruitment or campus recruitment after 2003, with the same treatment as Class A, and Class AB is collectively referred to as regular workers.

Class C is dispatched workers or temporary workers. That is, the mobile company signs the contract through the intermediary dispatch company, and then the dispatch company provides the corresponding labor force for the employees. Assuming that the position and rank are the same, the treatment of regular workers is better than that of dispatched workers

There are different ways to terminate the labor contract.

When the dispatched employee leaves his post, he must apply to the labor dispatch company, and the employing unit cannot arbitrarily reduce the salary of the labor dispatch place in disguise on the grounds of returning to work. Full-time employees voluntarily resign and apply for resignation directly at the employer. The employer can also negotiate with the regular employees to terminate the labor contract in advance and give appropriate compensation according to disciplinary action, internal transfer, early retirement and other reasons.
