There is no need for ranking in CET-4.

The current CET-4 is prescribed by the inscription. Undergraduate graduates, non-English majors, must pass CET-4 to get their diplomas, otherwise they will have to take a make-up exam, and there are no places.

As long as you have enough credits and have not been severely punished, you can pass Band 4 when you graduate, but it doesn't matter. When I graduated, several of my classmates failed Band 4 and got two certificates. It's just that I didn't take enough credits, so I failed the course for an extra year. But I suggest you pass Band 4. The basic requirement for finding a job is to pass Band 4.
