What kind of working environment do you want the enterprise to provide for you?

The internal environment of the enterprise is also one of the factors that attract a job seeker to join. It's even harder to talk now. 1, no nepotism.

Many people don't want this. Suppose a company has a very serious nepotism. This is the boss's second aunt, that is the boss's nephew, and the doorman is the boss's second uncle. In this environment, everyone from outside will feel uncomfortable, just like working in the boss's house. Even if you have talent, there is no environment to show your talent.

2. Bright working environment

Personally, I prefer a smooth and bright working environment, preferably surrounded by glass, just like my last job. In this way, people will feel more open and comfortable, and will not be bored because of the limited working environment, which is also a factor affecting work efficiency.

Employees have a harmonious atmosphere.

This can be felt during an interview or when you first join a company. Whether the relationship between colleagues is friendly and harmonious can be seen from the attitude of old employees to new employees. In the workplace, new employees will never forget the first colleague who took them to dinner.
