3. Recruitment Methods

(1) Registration work

(2) Examination

The examination is divided into two stages: written examination and interview.

The written test is the public subject "Administrative Vocational Aptitude Test", and the full score of the test paper is 100 points. After the written examination, the political and legal committee of the district committee, the Xiqing Public Security Bureau, and the district human resources and social security bureau will determine the passing score.

On the basis of passing the written test, candidates will be ranked by their written test scores and will be interviewed in a ratio of no more than 1:2 to the number of people recruited for the position. The interview is a structured interview, with a full score of 100 points, and the passing mark for the interview is 60 points.

(3) Physical examination, physical fitness test, and political review
