Is Qinghai Datong Aluminum Factory a state-owned enterprise?

Qinghai Branch of China Aluminum Company, formerly known as Qinghai Aluminum Factory, was a key project during the Seventh Five-Year Plan and the Eighth Five-Year Plan. Is one of the large electrolytic aluminum enterprises in China, a central enterprise. Friends who are familiar with the nature of enterprises in China probably know that the types of enterprises in China can be roughly divided into central enterprises, local state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, foreign-funded enterprises and Sino-foreign joint ventures.
