How to adjust the water level and tool alignment for the first part of CNC floor boring machine

The method of leveling and aligning the first piece of CNC floor boring machine is as follows:

1. Leveling: Use a level meter to detect the levelness of the workpiece and the workbench. According to the test results, adjust the bolts of the workbench to make the levelness meet the requirements. Check for many times until the levelness of the workbench meets the requirements.

2. Tool alignment: Install a proper tool and clamp it to the handle. Run the NC program, move the tool to the surface of the workpiece, and make the initial adjustment. Use micrometer or other measuring tools to measure the distance between the cutter and the surface of the workpiece, and adjust the height of the cutter to make the distance between the cutter and the surface of the workpiece meet the requirements. At the position where the tool contacts the workpiece surface, adjust the direction of the tool to make it parallel to the workpiece surface. Check and adjust for many times until the distance and direction between the tool and the workpiece surface meet the requirements.
