1. Introduction to the force:

The public security fire brigade is an active force under the leadership of the public security agency and included in the sequence of the Chinese People’s Armed Police Force. It performs fire supervision, management and fire extinguishing tasks assigned by the government. It has two functions: supervision and management of construction projects, fire investigation and fire statistics, regular fire supervision and inspection, supervision and management of fire protection technology and fire products, fire education and training, fire fighting and rescue and rescue of other disasters and accidents. It is divided into five levels of organizations: the Ministry of Public Security Fire Department, the Provincial Public Security Fire Corps, the Municipal Public Security Fire Detachment, the District (County, City) Public Security Fire Brigade and the Public Security Fire Squadron. The Liaoning Provincial Public Security Fire Corps, also known as the Liaoning Provincial Fire Bureau, is under the leadership of the Fire Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Government, and the Provincial Public Security Department, and has jurisdiction over 14 municipal public security fire detachments.

2. Distribution of application detachments and major demand:

In 2013, the Liaoning Provincial Public Security Fire Force plans to accept 27 male fresh graduates from ordinary colleges and universities.

The detachments and majors to apply for are as follows:

Fushun City Public Security Fire Department: 1 person each majoring in Chinese language and literature, measurement and control technology and instrument;

Benxi City Public Security Fire Department Detachment: 1 person each majoring in Chinese language and literature, broadcasting and hosting art, electrical engineering and automation, and human resources management;

Dandong Public Security Fire Detachment: 1 person each majoring in physical education and foreign language (Korean) ;

Jinzhou City Public Security Fire Fighting Detachment: 1 major each in Chinese Language and Literature, Construction Environment and Equipment Engineering, and Human Resources Management;

Yingkou City Public Security Fire Fighting Detachment: Economics, Chinese Language 1 person each majoring in literature and accounting;

Fuxin City Public Security Fire Department: 1 person each majoring in law, Chinese language and literature, and radio and television journalism;

Liaoyang City Public Security Fire Department: 1 person each majoring in Computer Science and Technology and Communication Engineering;

Tieling City Public Security Fire Detachment: 1 person each majoring in Electrical Engineering and Automation, and Physical Education;

Chaoyang City Public Security Fire Detachment : One person each majoring in chemical engineering and technology, civil engineering, and safety engineering;

Huludao City Public Security Fire Brigade: one person each majoring in Chinese language and literature, civil engineering, and fire engineering.

3. Acceptance conditions and requirements:

(1) Cultural and academic qualifications: full-time fresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree or above who have been admitted through the unified national college admissions examination and have obtained the corresponding degree , focusing on ensuring the acceptance of graduates from the national "985" and "211" engineering colleges. According to relevant regulations, students with any of the following conditions are not included in the scope of acceptance:

1. Radio and television universities, correspondence universities, staff universities, amateur universities, self-study universities, higher education self-study examinations and other non-ordinary institutions of higher learning Graduates;

2. Graduates from vocational universities, vocational and technical colleges, private universities, independent colleges, and adult colleges and universities;

3. Commissioned, self-financed, and targeted programs recruited by ordinary colleges and universities. Graduates;

4. Graduates trained by military academies for local areas;

5. Graduates with overseas (overseas) study experience;

6. Graduates who have failed in more than 4 (inclusive) compulsory courses or in more than 1 (inclusive) re-examination during their studies at school;

7. Graduates, dropouts, and technical secondary school students Junior college students, preparatory students, and undergraduate or above graduates who have not obtained a degree;

8. Graduates who have been suspended from a grade or have been suspended for more than half a year (excluding enlistment in the military) for violating discipline during school Or graduates who have been punished for other reasons;

9. In principle, graduates from non-key colleges and unplanned majors will not be accepted.

(2) Political conditions: Recipients must be politically qualified, have good practical performance, have a correct attitude in joining the army, and volunteer to devote themselves to the cause of public security and fire protection. Must be a member of the Communist Party of China or a member of the Communist Youth League and meet the political conditions for citizens to enlist in the army. There are no political, economic, or historical issues with the main family members and major social relationships.

(3) Physical fitness: Comply with the provisions of the "Physical Examination Standards for Recruitment of Students in Military Academies". Male height is 170cm or above. The visual acuity of each eye is above 4.6.

(4) Age conditions: Bachelor’s degree graduates must be no more than 24 years old, and master’s degree candidates must be no more than 29 years old. The cut-off time for age calculation is August 31, 2013. For graduates from ethnic minorities, the age limit can be relaxed by 1 year, and for graduates who have served in active service, the age limit can be relaxed by 2 years.

(5) Years of service: I am voluntary and promise to obey the organization's assignments after joining the army, serve with peace of mind, and work diligently. Except for organizational arrangements based on the needs of army construction, individuals may not request to retire from active service within 5 years.

(6) Only fresh graduates in 2013 will be recruited.

(7) Repeated registration is prohibited. Each applicant is limited to one unit within the active public security forces nationwide. All candidates who register repeatedly will be disqualified.

(8) Under the same conditions, priority will be given to those who meet one of the following circumstances:

1. Applicants who are party members of the Communist Party of China, major student cadres at the school level, students with three good qualities at or above the school level, and Graduates who have served in active service;

2. Children of current public security cadres, retired cadres who have not been handed over, children of cadres who sacrificed their lives in the line of duty, and children of heroes and martyrs;

4. Standards for enjoying benefits:

(1) Those who have passed the police training, pre-job training, military training and assessment will be designated as deputy company officers. (Professional and technical level 13) police officers are awarded the rank of lieutenant of the Armed Police; graduate students with a master's degree are designated as full company police officers (professional and technical level 12) and are awarded the rank of captain of the Armed Police.

(2) Enjoy the treatment of active military personnel in terms of housing, medical care, welfare, etc., and their family members enjoy the treatment of military dependents.

(3) Graduates from ordinary colleges and universities accepted by the public security fire brigade will all be assigned to front-line (fire squadron) positions at the grass-roots level, and the actual working time in the front-line positions at the grass-roots level shall not be less than 2 years (excluding entry-level positions) police training period).

5. Screening and Elimination:

Acceptance of graduates from ordinary colleges and universities shall be based on the principle of merit-based selection, and the whole process of screening and elimination shall be carried out from the signing of the acceptance agreement to the issuance of appointment orders. According to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Public Security’s Political Department The provisions of the document shall be implemented, and the graduates shall be responsible for all consequences arising therefrom.

(1) Review and elimination. For graduates who have signed a reception agreement, if the following circumstances are discovered or occur, the receiving unit has the right to return them to the original school:

1. If the graduates fail to report within the specified period, the agreement will be terminated in principle and they will not be accepted. If you are unable to register on time due to special circumstances, you must obtain the consent of the receiving unit seven days before the specified registration time;

(2) Elimination of pre-job training. Reception methods and procedures

(1) Registration.
