2. Park planning

Hainan Eco-Software Park is located in the high-tech industrial demonstration zone in the old city of Hainan, on the Yingbin Peninsula and the Meilun River. The medium-term planning of the park is 3,000 mu, focusing on the development of tourism information demonstration base, international animation creative industry base, mobile phone industry integration base, national emergency management industry base and service outsourcing base, giving full play to the industrial agglomeration effect of the park and becoming a knowledge-intensive industrial zone with high added value, green, low carbon and environmental protection. At the same time, there are four comprehensive service platforms in the park construction: human resources solution platform, incubation financing platform, public technical support platform and joint marketing platform to help park enterprises do what they can.

Hainan Eco-Software Park is planned, constructed, operated and managed by Hainan Eco-Software Park Investment and Development Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 5 billion yuan in the first phase. In the next 3-5 years, the comprehensive construction area of the park will exceed 600,000 square meters, attracting 40,000-50,000 Kochi workers to enter the park for employment and achieving an annual output value of 5 billion yuan.
