Through "train carriages", "car charters" and "assisted ticket purchase" and other methods, "point-to-point" organized the export of 2,081 agricultural and animal husbandry migrant workers, including 18 registered poor laborers.

Do a good job in skills training. Improve "two accounts and one platform". Supervise the establishment and improvement of poor labor force training demand accounts, training satisfaction survey accounts, and poverty labor demand docking platforms at the banner, county, township, and Gacha village levels to achieve "accurate mapping, accurate assistance, and accurate management."

Innovative training methods. In response to the actual situation of epidemic prevention and control, designated training institutions have been organized to provide online skills training to poor laborers who are willing to receive training. At present, online skills training has been carried out for 890 people, with the training rate reaching 71.6. Encourage enterprises to carry out skills training. On May 9, the bureau went to Tongliao Meihua Biotechnology Co., Ltd. to conduct special research on pre-job training, job transfer training, promotion training and new apprenticeship training, encouraging enterprises to absorb poor laborers into employment, and help them achieve stable employment through skills training , high-quality employment.

Strengthen labor cooperation between Beijing and Mongolia. The Beijing-Mongolia labor cooperation mechanism was further improved, and relying on the advantages of Beijing's training resources, 20 Beijing-Mongolia labor cooperation training courses were held, training 869 registered poor laborers; 28 special job fairs for Beijing-Mongolia cooperation were held, and the registered poor were registered 734 people were employed locally and 31 people were employed in Beijing.

Support “poverty alleviation workshops” to attract employment. We actively implemented the policy of reward and subsidy for "poverty alleviation workshops" and vocational training subsidy for work-based training, supported and cultivated 18 "poverty alleviation workshops", and absorbed 257 registered poor laborers.
