Provisions of national labor law on long night shift

There is really no provision about night shift in the labor law. However, according to the spirit of the Labor Contract Law, men who have reached the age of 55 and women who have reached the age of 45 and are less than five years away from the statutory retirement age should, in principle, be given jobs suitable for their age and physical conditions. Our country's laws stipulate the legal working hours of employees. If the employee works overtime or works at night for a long time outside this working time, the employer shall pay the employee no less than 15% of the salary. The specific remuneration of employees can also be freely negotiated with the employer. If employees feel that the night shift arranged by the company is unreasonable, they can also report it to the relevant departments.

1. The employing unit shall pay the wages higher than the wages of workers during normal working hours according to the following standards:

1. If workers are arranged to work longer hours, they shall be paid no less than 150% of the salary;

2. If workers are arranged to work on rest days and cannot be arranged for compensatory time off, they shall be paid no less than 200% of their wages;

3. If workers are arranged to work on legal holidays, they shall be paid no less than 300% of their wages;

Second, overtime conditions:
