The examination is divided into written examination and interview.

1. written test

The written examination shall be conducted in a unified way, with unified standards and unified marking, and the examination time shall be 150 minutes.

A written examination is organized and implemented by Shandong Provincial Taxation Bureau. Candidates take the written test with the written test admission ticket and their valid identity documents (the same as when registering). The printing time of the written test admission ticket, the open recruitment registration form of Shandong tax authorities and the letter of commitment of honesty of applicants (used during the interview) will be notified separately.

In order to ensure the basic quality of new recruits, the written test sets the minimum qualified score line according to the number of job recruits and the written test. The interview was organized and implemented by Shandong Provincial Taxation Bureau. Interviewers are selected from the candidates who have reached the written test score, according to the interview ratio of 1:3 from high to low, and the final score is tied for the interview scope, and it is announced to the public through the website of Shandong Provincial Taxation Bureau in State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China, People's Republic of China (PRC) according to the prescribed procedures. If there are vacancies in the number of qualified written tests, the recruitment will be cancelled; If the recruitment ratio of 1: 3 is not reached, the interview candidates shall be determined according to the actual qualified number. As of the third day before the interview date 17, if the interviewer fails to submit relevant materials to the recruiting unit, it will be deemed as giving up. Those who fail to meet the requirements after examination will be disqualified from the interview. Vacancies caused by abandonment or disqualification shall be filled in turn according to the written test results from those who have passed the written test for the same position and announced to the public.

The minimum qualified score line is set in the interview, and those who reach the qualified score line can enter the scope of investigation and physical examination. After the interview, the total test score is calculated according to the percentage system of 50% written test score and 50% interview score. The written test scores, interview scores and total test scores are calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off. According to the total score of the exam, determine the candidates who enter the scope of inspection and physical examination. If the total scores of candidates for the same recruitment position are tied, the candidates who enter the scope of inspection and physical examination shall be determined according to the written test scores from high to low; If the written test results are the same, take the way of extra test to determine.
