Binhai New City Qinzhou

Qinzhou Binhai New City started construction on May 6th, 20 10. Located at the southern tip of Qinzhou City, it is adjacent to the main urban area in the north, Qinzhou Port in the south, the south extension line and approach road of Yang Fan Avenue in the east and Maoweihai in the west. It is located in the coastal gateway of China-ASEAN, and is the closest coastal area to Nanning, the capital. Binhai New Town has a planned area of 1 10 square kilometers, a construction land of 45 square kilometers and a planned population of 500,000. It is mainly composed of Baishi Lake Central Business District, Maowei Haijiao Hammer Ecological Residential District, Shajing Island Leisure Tourism and Creative R&D District. The development and construction of Qinzhou Binhai New City will connect the main city with Qinzhou Port Area, Zhongma Industrial Park and Bonded Port Area, forming a new pattern of integrated and interactive development of port and city, which will have a great impact on Qinzhou's construction into a regional international shipping center and logistics center facing China-ASEAN, and will be conducive to promoting urbanization in the north and south and enhancing the regional competitiveness of Guangxi Beibu Gulf.
