Teacher of Qingdao Finance and Economics Vocational School

There are currently 50 faculty members/kloc-0, including 35 senior teachers, 52 intermediate teachers and 4 junior teachers/kloc-0. Among more than 40 professional teachers, 25 are "double-qualified" teachers, 32 are undergraduate double-degree teachers, 5 are graduate students, and 24 are outstanding teachers, young teachers and young post teaching experts in various provinces and cities across the country, and they have been selected into provincial and municipal excellent courses.

The school offers employment-oriented majors and courses, constantly improving students' professional ethics and entrepreneurial ability, initially forming a talent training model of "employment-oriented, ability-oriented, equal emphasis on learning and doing, and integration of schools and enterprises", creating distinctive characteristics of employment and further studies. The school regards the placement of graduates as a life project. The school has signed joint school agreements with more than 30 wholly foreign-owned and joint ventures, such as Xinxin Sporting Goods, YBS Zipper Co., Ltd., South-South Group, Daxing Electronics Co., Ltd. and Shichang Clothing Co., Ltd., and the internship rate has reached 100%, and many entrepreneurial stars in the industry have emerged.

At the same time, the school pays attention to the connection with higher vocational education. In 2006, the school successively reached a joint school-running agreement with Shandong Vocational College of Economics and Trade, Shandong Dezhou Vocational College of Science and Technology and Qingdao Sifang Machinery Factory Technical School, set up an overpass for talent growth, actively explored foreign employment and school-running markets, and opened up more channels for students to become talents.
