I. Recruitment Plan

Second, the recruitment target

(a) fresh graduates (master's degree or above)

In 2023, fresh graduates of domestic ordinary colleges and universities (including unemployed graduates who left school within two years after graduation) included in the national unified enrollment plan and non-directional entrusted training.

During the school period, there is no record of failing the subject, retaking the exam, and failing to pay social security during the school period. Non-Beijing graduates must meet the requirements for non-Beijing graduates to enter Beijing.

(2) Fresh graduates returning from studying abroad

From September 1 2022 to the end of this recruitment registration, those who have obtained a master's degree or above abroad and completed the academic certification of the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.

Third, the recruitment conditions

Four. Recruitment procedure

(1) Registration

2. (2) Prequalification

During the registration period, Huairou District Education Committee will conduct an online preliminary examination of the basic information of candidates. Candidates should pay attention to the audit status and SMS feedback in time. After the preliminary examination of qualifications is passed, personal information and application positions will no longer be modified.

(3) Psychological test and interview

The time, place, content and form of psychological test and interview shall be subject to the subsequent announcement. The psychological test mainly examines the psychological quality of candidates, and the results are not announced to the public and are not included in the interview results, which are for reference only.

Interview score 100%, qualified score 70. Those whose scores are lower than the qualified line cannot enter the next stage.

(4) Qualification examination

According to the interview results of candidates and the number of people required for each position, Huairou District Education Committee determines the personnel who enter the qualification review from high score to low score 1: 1.

Candidates with the same interview results are ranked according to the interview examiner's results; If the examiner's scores are still the same, the ranking will be determined through additional tests.

According to the actual situation, the qualification review is conducted online or offline, and the list of people entering the qualification review and specific requirements are released together with the interview results announcement.

(five) physical examination, inspection and publicity

Huairou District Education Committee is responsible for organizing physical examination for those who pass the qualification review. The medical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the civil service medical examination standard, and the expenses shall be borne by the individual.

Ensure that the medical examiner attends the medical examination at the designated medical institution on the designated date.

The list of contestants and related requirements will be published on the website of Huairou District People's Government in Beijing within 5 working days after the qualification review.

Huairou District Education Committee is responsible for inspecting qualified personnel.

After passing the inspection, the list of persons to be employed will be publicized for 7 working days.

If there is no objection to the publicity results, the entry formalities shall be handled according to the procedures.

Those who fail to participate in the physical examination as required without justifiable reasons, do not meet the conditions and fail to pass the inspection shall not be employed.

Vacant positions are decided by the employer according to the actual situation whether to be filled by qualified interviewers, and the filling personnel will be notified separately to participate in physical examination and inspection.

Those who give up after publicity will not be replenished.

(1) Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. In any recruitment process, candidates who provide false materials, forge or fabricate relevant certificates and information will be disqualified, and the responsibility will be borne by the candidates themselves.

(2) The criteria for identifying unemployed graduates who have left school within two years of graduation are: they have not signed a contract with any unit and have no insurance records paid by any unit.

(3) Those who fail to graduate on time and obtain graduation certificate, degree certificate and teacher qualification certificate before going through the entry formalities will be disqualified.
