In order to better select outstanding talents suitable for the post, enrich the talent team of our school and optimize the talent structure, the Party School of Qitaihe Municipal Committee (a fully funded institution) decided to openly introduce four teachers to the society. Second, registration.

(1) Time and method of registration

Registration is done online. Send a scanned copy of my ID card, a scanned copy of relevant academic degree certificates, and an application form for introducing talents in 20 19 of Qitaihe Municipal Party School (attachment 2) to the designated mailbox zgqthswdx @ 163.com. Employees must obtain the consent of their units and affix the official seal of the Party Committee, and fresh graduates must affix the official seal of the Party Committee of the department and send a scanned copy of the registration form with the official seal.

Registration time: June 20 19/day to June 20 1 9.

(2) Matters needing attention in registration

1. The leading group for talent introduction in qitaihe city will review the information provided by the candidates. If candidates cheat, once verified, the examination and employment qualification will be cancelled.

2. Each person is limited to one post.

Third, the exam.

The examination methods are interview and trial lecture. Notify candidates of the time and place of the exam by phone or SMS, and take the exam on time, otherwise they will be rejected.

Fourth, employment.

According to the test results, the number of people to be recruited for the recruitment position is 1: 1, and the participants are determined from high score to low score.

Investigate qualified medical personnel and determine the personnel to be employed according to the results of investigation and physical examination. When there is a vacancy in the recruitment position due to reasons such as unqualified medical examination and inspection, the personnel will be replaced from high score to low score to participate in the medical examination and inspection.

Comprehensive personnel without objection shall be reported to the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee for review and filing, and relevant employment procedures shall be handled according to procedures.

The imported personnel shall sign a labor contract with the employer for more than 5 years, and those who pass the examination after the probation period shall enjoy the following benefits related to talent introduction during the contract period:

1. Introduce full-time doctoral students, and give them 50,000 yuan of settling-in allowance, and each person will enjoy 2,000 yuan of allowance every month, of which 50,000 yuan of settling-in allowance will be given to full-time doctoral students in "985 Project" universities confirmed by the Ministry of Education, and each person will enjoy 3,000 yuan of allowance every month.

2. Introduce full-time postgraduate students, and give them 30,000 yuan of settling-in allowance, and each person can enjoy 1.500 yuan allowance every month, including 30,000 yuan of settling-in allowance for full-time postgraduate students in "985 Project" universities confirmed by the Ministry of Education, and 2,000 yuan per person per month.
