China Metallurgical Industry Group Co., Ltd., formerly known as China Metallurgical Construction Company approved by the State Council 1982, is a window company specializing in overseas engineering market development and operation.

Central enterprises are all state-owned enterprises, and state-owned enterprises are not necessarily central enterprises. The administrative level of state-owned enterprises is not as high as that of central enterprises. For example, state-owned enterprises are only a prefecture-level city, and central enterprises are municipalities directly under the central government.
