1. written test: focus on the applicant's cognition and administrative ability of the counselor position.

2. post suitability evaluation: comprehensive evaluation according to the actual situation of the applicant.

3. interview: to examine the comprehensive quality of the candidates.

4. physical examination: the physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of National Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation), and shall meet the physical examination requirements for teacher qualification in Jiangsu Province. 5.
