(4) Examination

The examination is divided into written examination and interview (additional practice or trial lecture for individual majors), both of which are 1%.

The content of the examination is comprehensive knowledge and basic professional knowledge required by the post, and it mainly measures whether the candidate has the knowledge level, professional quality and working ability required by the post.

2. Interview. The interview is organized and implemented by the recruiting units under the guidance of the Civil Affairs Department of Henan Province. According to the ratio of the number of positions to be recruited is 1:3, and according to the written test results, the interviewers are determined according to the order from high score to low score. The list of interviewers is published on the website of Henan Provincial Civil Affairs Department. The interview results were announced on the spot at the end of the interview.

3. Practical exercise (trial lecture). The practical operation or trial lecture is organized and implemented by each recruitment unit. Except for the practical examination for nursing professional posts in Rong Kang Hospital in Luoyang, Henan Province, and the trial lecture for teachers in Henan Civil Affairs School, no practical examination (trial lecture) is conducted for other posts. The results of practical exercises or trial lectures are publicized on the website of Henan Provincial Civil Affairs Department.

The time and place of written test and interview shall be notified to the candidates three days in advance by each recruitment unit. Candidates must bring their admission ticket and ID card to participate in written test, interview and practical operation.

4. Grade calculation.

(1) positions without practice (trial lecture)

total test score = written test score ×5%+ interview score ×5%

(2) positions with practice (trial lecture)

total test score = written test score ×5%+ interview score ×3%+ reality. The list of medical examiners is determined according to the order of the total test scores from high to low, and according to the ratio of 1: 1 for each recruitment position. When there is a vacancy due to unqualified physical examination, it will be filled in the order from high score to low score according to the total test score. The physical examination standards shall be implemented with reference to the general standards for the physical examination of civil servants.

(VI) Inspection

Under the guidance of the Civil Affairs Department of Henan Province, the inspection work is specifically organized and implemented by the recruiting units. According to the total test scores and physical examination results, the subjects are determined. The contents of the investigation include morality, ability, diligence and performance, with emphasis on ideological and political quality, moral conduct, work ability, work attitude, work performance and post-related quality and ability. Those who fail to pass the inspection will not be replenished, and the number of recruits for this position will be reduced accordingly.

(8) Employment
