4. Grade calculation.

total test score = written test score ×5%+ interview score ×5%

(2) positions with practice (trial lecture)

total test score = written test score ×5%+ interview score ×3%+ reality. The list of medical examiners is determined according to the order of the total test scores from high to low, and according to the ratio of 1: 1 for each recruitment position. When there is a vacancy due to unqualified physical examination, it will be filled in the order from high score to low score according to the total test score. The physical examination standards shall be implemented with reference to the general standards for the physical examination of civil servants.

(VI) Inspection

Under the guidance of the Civil Affairs Department of Henan Province, the inspection work is specifically organized and implemented by the recruiting units. According to the total test scores and physical examination results, the subjects are determined.
